I loved the place but found it poorly signposted and had trouble following the audio guide, arrows indicating a path to follow like the ones at Casa Batllo would have been welcome.

You couldn't download the audio guide beforehand and the cell phone reception for streaming in the park is miserable. In addition there are no signs in the park and no information in the audio guide on how to get to the stations. So it was impossible to find and follow the path of the audio guide chapters.

Easy to use, friendly staff. Only improvement would be to announce bus stop number as approaching as couldn't always see or tell if arrived at a stop or stopped in traffic

The staff were very friendly and well informed. Great for getting a good overview of the city and handy for seeing the main sights.

The route, frequency of buses, audio guide (earphones provided on the bus upon request), ability to get on and off at every stop; very nice experience.

The guide's content was great and the app is easy to use, however due to the internet connection wasn't the best (not the app's fault). The numbers on the app's map didn't match the numbers on the park's map, it would be great to harmonize that.

Batlló is superb. The audio guide system is very efficient and allows you to miander at your own pace. Highly recommend this as a way of visiting the sights around Barcelona.

Being able to sit while seeing the whole city of Barcelona and overall it was a great experience. Some of the buses earplugs didn't work. The wait time to get on the bus was sometimes long.

The map is too small on the audioguide and doesn't allow you to zoom in (or maybe I haven't figured out how). In addition, not all the paths are marked, which makes orientation difficult.

I was expecting a live person giving the fun facts like we had in Philly. Audio tour was okay but a lot of music playing where there could have been more history. Also waited for a bus for a looong time near the Castle / Miró museum.

We loved the whole tour, the stops were perfect on time and maybe as a comment in case of rain there should have a better plan in order to cover ourselves

You simply have to see the Sagrada Familia! This building fascinates above all with its play of light and the infinite number of details that can be found both on the exterior façade and inside. "Unfortunately, there were a lot of people in the church, which made it a bit crowded.

There was no audio guide. Instead, there were QR codes that could not be opened. The whole park is very nice to walk around, to look over Barcelona and the monuments. However, I liked the visits to the Gaudi houses better.

The descriptions about the scenes was excellent. Highly recommend this tour. The disappointment was several plug receivers were blocked and we could not listen to the audio on several busses. Seems like plugs were ripped out and stuck inside. With full bus at each stop we could not move to another seat for several stops. Wish we had time to take the second bus to the west since we have not been to that part of the city. We love taking these city tours.

We could not match the audioguide to the signs at the venue. As we arrived through a different entrance than what the instructions suggested, and could not match the audioguide to the signs, we struggled to find our way through the park. We had very little value from the audioguide.

The top (open) deck was full which meant sitting inside, however there wasn't any air ventilation and the temperature was unbearable. We ended up getting off before the end of the tour as we couldn't stay in the heat any longer sadly.

For a trip of just two days, the city bus was very practical, allowing us to see all the most beautiful spots. Barcelona being a huge city, we couldn't have discovered it all on foot. 2 city buses available for 2 different parts of the city, each lasting 2 hours and with explanations in your language. You can get off the bus whenever you want and take the next one with the same ticket. Ticket 24 or 48 h.

Courteous and helpful staff, the place is very fascinating, and the audio guide in Italian was very detailed and understandable to make our experience exceptional.

Easy to book on internet, people ( employees) are very friendly. One tip, we had rain, the chairs were wet. Is should be very thoughtfull if the chairs can de made dry.

Nice staff despite extreme rush at the beginning. OK for weekends and sunshine. Audio informative. For a very good the wifi on board is missing.
