Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel Tickets

Unfortunately, nobody had time for us Germans, the employee kept looking after others while we were asking questions, so we had to remind her to keep serving us. We had also paid for the two audio guides together with the tickets days in advance via PayPal, which was then not recognized. So we had to pay another 16 euros in the museum. But the museum visit was really great.

Our tour of the Vatican was great!! Our guide was so knowledgeable and explained everything great... I wish I could remember his name. Highly recommend it, great experience.

For a better score your team has to be more professional. They were more like five individuals than a team. One did something the other corrected what the first did. It was like they were inventing the rules in the very moment. Then our group was sent to wait in the sunny side of the street. A long time we were abandoned. In the museum I could not hear properly the instructions of the host.

The museum itself and the artefacts/art was incredible. We struggled to fully appreciate what we could see as we were being ushered along straight away amongst the crowd. The queue outside was so long and people who didn't pay for a ticket ended up getting in before us despite us "skipping the queue". We still had to wait outside under the hot Sun without any shade or water provided. I'd recommend having tents/refreshments for people who have paid for tickets.

We had a guided entry to the Vatican museum. I appreciated that even if we were late for the meeting point, our tour made it possible to get in 20 minutes later. Regarding the museum, it was the 2nd time visiting and it was as lovely as the first time. Dose your energy throughout each room to make sure you don't get burned out towards the end, when you get to the Sixtine chapel.

The works on display are wonderful, the frescoes and all the grandeur of the museum, as well as seeing works I didn't expect, such as Van Gogh, Matisse, Salvador Dali, Paul Klee and Kandinsky.

It would be good if they could offer apps in German, because I can only listen via bluetooth and that could not be offered. The staff looked after me very well and investigated and asked about all the options, and treated me specially. Thank you very, very much for that! I was given headphones, but unfortunately they weren't enough because I have to leave my hearing aids on and the headphones aren't enough

The whole process was OK. There was just slight misunderstanding with the exchange of the voucher for the tickets. Maybe I missed it in the instructions, but on the voucher should be explicitly written that you should go into tourist office and ask the assistant for the tickets. I entered the address, waited outside for some guide for a few minutes, than entered the office, shown the voucher and asked assistant what should I do. I have been told to wait. When I saw that other people are exchanging the voucher for tickets by another assistant, I asked her and she immmediately gave me the tickets... But the office was nice, cool, with snack and water machines. Great. The final queue for the entrance was about 20 minutes. That was quite fine. The only important issue was terribly overcrowded venue. That was terrible.

We liked the fact that we had a fixed time for the visit. We didn't like the fact that we had to go to the entrance on our own, even though it was only a few steps away. We thought it would have been better to be accompanied to the entrance as we had no local knowledge. This would certainly not have been much trouble for you. But it all worked out and we loved the museum.

The guide you gave me, Chiara, was extremely excellent. She was polite, put me at ease, spoke very well and had a wealth of knowledge about history and art. This makes me want to use your services again, but with Professor Chiara. I will recommend your Tur Agency.

Vatican Museums wonderful...everything went smoothly...with the ticket booked we arrived at the appointed time and entered smoothly without any hiccups...I recommend it

The art for sure, the history and description behind it, the one in a lifetime frame and sculpture were just amazing for history lovers Big minus was all the "big" tours groups, I think there shouldn't be allowed as many just for other small tour groups and couples/individuals to enjoy it even more. 😊

Getting these tickets was so worth it. We were running a bit late we walked in had a lovely girl help us I wish I could remember her name. We got the tickets straight away no lining up, walked across the road and straight in the the Vatican. So easy and quick! I would highly recommend getting tickets this way. Saves so much time. Great experience. We found the Vatican audio headphones were enough info instead of getting a guided tour. We were able to go as quickly or slowly through the space at our own pace spending more time on what interested us and less on others. You just enter the number of the room and it plays the info to you. I'm sure a guided tour would be amazing too if you have plenty of time. Great day.

I had to get my tickets from an office first, then deal with this rude Venezuela Man. They lied to me Walk across the street and then had to wait in another line.. ( line moved some what fast) I got to the office Liltle early to get everything done.. he couldn't find my name.. so he claimed.. he found our name and the give us the tickets of course after my attitude he straight up.. LOL

To pick up the tickets the instructions were very clear. We had a guide who escorted us inside the museum. The people were very kind to my family. Thank you I will be back this year.

It is highly recommended that you book your entrance tickets in advance. On arrival at the museum, volunteers will give you directions to the entrance points.

I had forgotten that tickets had to be collected at TICKETSTATION It was only once we were inside that we couldn't get through to the terminals. so I went out and collected the tickets the very welcoming person spoke to me very simply in English she was lovely, a pleasure

Not having to wait in line was super expeditious. It is preferable to make the visit as early as possible so as not to run into so many tourists.
